ART CLASS MAKEUP POLICY

We cannot provide makeups for absent art students. During the next class one of our instructors will work one on one with the absent student to catch them up with rest of the class.

MUSIC LESSON MAKEUP POLICY

We do not guarantee makeups for absent music students. However if you submit a makeup request form no later than 24 hours before your missed class, we will put you on a wait list for a makeup. If another student cancels we will contact everyone on the wait list to offer a makeup in that time slot. Makeup classes are offered on a first come first serve basis.

Notice of absence is only accepted by using this makeup request form. No other form of notification is accepted (ex. parent or child notifying instructor, voice message).

 

No credits, transfers, or refunds issued for unfulfilled makeup requests or no-show absences.
