CANCELLATION POLICY - Enrollments in art classes, private music lessons and group piano classes may be cancelled by submitting this cancellation form no later than 2 weeks before the next autopay draft on 1st day of the month. If a late notice is received, your account will still be charged on the next autodraft and your cancellation will apply to the following autodraft. You may still attend classes that your tuition has been paid.

Notice of cancellation is only accepted by using our cancellation form. No other form of notification is accepted (ex. parent or child notifying instructor, voice message)

No credits, transfers, or refunds issued for late cancellations or missed classes.
